do you connect tiktok shop?

yes. tiktok shop orders, tiktok ads spend, and tiktok ads attribution are all supported. we reconcile tiktok shop revenue against shopify so you're not double-counting. tiktok's attribution window can be noisy — we flag that clearly in the dashboard.

what about subscription products?

yes. if you're on recharge, bold subscriptions, or shopify native subscriptions, we ingest recurring order data and model mrr, churn, and ltv separately from one-time purchases. subscription cohorts behave very differently — they need their own views.

how do you handle attribution?

honestly: attribution is broken everywhere. we show you platform-reported attribution (meta claims, google claims, tiktok claims) alongside last-click ga4 data, and let you see the gap. we don't pretend any single model is truth — we give you the full picture so you can triangulate.

do we keep the bigquery data?

it's your gcp project from day one. the data sits in your own bigquery instance — we have write access to run pipelines, but you own it entirely. if you ever leave, we revoke our access and you keep everything.

do you support shopify plus?

yes. shopify plus gives us access to additional apis (b2b, markets, flow, etc.) that we ingest where relevant. we also support shopify plus multi-store setups — multiple storefronts feeding into a single bigquery instance and cross-store dashboard.
